    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
    I’m a Total beginner, Can I do this? 
    Definitely! We have numerous workouts, as basic as a 5 minute "No Sweat" workout to get you off the coach and do from home. 
    Can I do the workouts at home?
    Yes, a number of the workouts can be down with no equipment or just basic bands or hand weights. Pull-Up bars and dip bars are great to incorporate for some of the calisthenics workouts. 
    How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
    You can cancel any time here If you paid by credit card. If you pay by PayPal, you can cancel via you Paypal account. For additional support contact support@plantbasedben.com
    What workouts are Included? 
    Workouts include: Ben's 90-Day Transformation, Calisthenics Interval workouts for Beginners, Intermediate/Advanced, Woman's Shred & Tone, Ab Blasters, 5-Minute "No Sweat" Workout, HIIT Cardio Workouts, Home & Gym Routines. Workouts continually added!  
    Why is it so Inexpensive? 
    This Plant-Based Body Solution could EASILY be valued at $75 per month or more. I wanted to create an affordable long-term lifestyle solution for everyone, create a large community of "game changers", and keep happy customers around for the long run. 
    Will you help me with calories and food? 
    Yes! I will help you with the basics. I provide a guide helping you to easily find your target calories. Plus if you sign up for the meal planner, I will set the optimal calories for you personally! 
    Is this an app?
    Yes, this is an easy to use awesome app. It can also be used on other devices such PC/desktop.
    Will these workouts make me bulky? 
    No, not if you’re eating at a calorie deficit. However, if you want to bulk up, you can do so by making sure you are eating a calorie surplus . 
    Does Ben provide One-on-One direction and support?
    Not on this program. Ben does not provide any fitness support; but will help with any technical questions to get the apps working. 
     Is this a 90-day challenge?
    You can challenge yourself to one of the 90-day workout plans on the app, but this isn't a group challenge. 
     What type of HIIT or Cardio is included?
    We have calisthenics and HIIT interval workouts that keep the heart rate up, burn a tone of calories, and more. 
     Is This Your Coaching Program?
    No, my coaching program is much more in-depth. The investment of my coaching is similar to hiring a personal trainer or life-coach. Send Ben a message on Instagram for details.
    Will I learn advanced calisthenics moves like the flag?
    The app will help you get leaner and stronger to prepare you for these advanced calisthenics moves in time. Patience and perseverance are the key to eventually getting to these moves! There are definitely tutorials coming in later months. 
    Can i schedule my workouts on my calendar? 
    100% and it's very easy to do. This way you get notified each day to do your workout.
